You Can Make Fast, Easy Money By Being An Expert
Probably the biggest objection I get from people when we talk about creating an information product is that they are not an “expert” in anything. The good news is that you don’t have to be an expert. The better news is that you probably already are an expert in something. We just have to uncover it.
There are good blogs and so-so blogs. To truly claim to be a writer, the blog can’t be riddled with grammar errors. A few spelling and punctuation errors are forgivable, especially as most blog writers can’t afford a separate set of eyes to edit their work.
Always have multiple writing projects going on at the same time. Even if you are facing a deadline, or have a major project going, writer’s block is best avoided by working on several projects at the same time, even if you only work on each for a little bit of time. The reason for this is that multiple projects allow many avenues of thought. If you get stumped on one project working on another can open avenues of thought again. Having another project also helps avoid frustration related to writer’s block, reducing related stress and anxiety, both of which only tend to increase the tendency that a block will linger.
During the process of acquiring my required education, I began to seek out those people in my chosen profession revered for their skills and talents in the areas of embalming and reconstructive art. I found several who could and did teach me a lot, but I found two men standing far above the rest. These men were experts and, one of them I would call a guru of the art.
Once you have your content, distribute it however you can. You can start doing this before your book is finished. Create an environment of anticipation for your book on Facebook and Twitter by getting input from your target audience. Make sure your followers are in the book, using case studies or thoughts they have shared on social media. They are getting involved, and creating content for your book. You are getting people excited, and helping them come along on the journey of you writing your book. This creates a built-in audience for your book.
Naively, before writing the book, I thought I could submit the same manuscript to numerous publishers and then just wait to see what happened. I felt thankful that I teach people how to develop and maintain a positive outlook, because the waiting would be far more stressful without those skills.
You don’t have to be seen as an expert to everyone. You really only have to be seen as an expert to the people who know you. Since most people usually won’t buy from you if they don’t know you, or if they haven’t gotten a personal recommendation about you, then it really doesn’t matter if people who don’t know you see you as an essay paper writing service. They weren’t going to buy from you anyways.
REALITY TWO: Writing can be lonely. Most days it’s you and the page, or you and the computer screen, or if you’ve got writer’s block it’s just you. Things can get pretty silent – which many writers enjoy. But what if you don’t? If you’re not the kind of person who works well alone, or has a hard time self motivating it’s going to be tough. This is particularly true in the beginning stages before you get a publisher or a production. How do you move yourself and your work forward?
Dedicate your work to whom you want to direct. When you have determined those people who likely serve as an inspiration to you – a family, friend or acquaintance – writing something will be easy. Every reader will empathize with your work, giving more attention thus, giving you an idea how you would connect to them as they try to connect to your book.
